The luxury neighborhood of Silverleaf can be found within the master-planned community of DC Ranch. Residents are able to enjoy two DC Ranch community centers with pools, fitness rooms, playgrounds, sports courts, and a community theater playhouse. Silverleaf is also close to these three distinctive DC Ranch shopping plazas: Market Street, DC Ranch Crossing, and Canyon Village, where grocery stores, boutique shopping, coffee, and restaurants can be found. Residents have access to over 33 miles of walking paths that connect each of DC Ranch’s neighborhoods to one another. Just south of Silverleaf is the “Gateway Trailhead”, which grants residents access to another 100 miles of hiking trails that wind through the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. The DC Ranch Village Health Club and Spa is located right next to Silverleaf, and is a private health club and spa where members can take fitness classes, order healthy food, and enjoy the club’s numerous spa services. Use of the spa doesn’t require a membership, but members are able to enjoy it at a reduced rate.
 

Real Estate

The first homes to be built in Silverleaf were completed in the early 2000’s. Custom homes continue to be built today. Developer product still available, as well as developer and resale custom home sites. Silverleaf has 3 separate, guard-gated enclaves, each accessible off of Thompson Peak Parkway. The entire area is landscaped beautifully with neighborhood parks, gardens, and fountains scattered throughout. Flatter areas of the community showcase a variety of semi-custom and custom homes. As you continue east into Upper Canyon and Horseshoe Canyon, lot sizes get bigger, and the elevation gets higher, resulting in a collection of hillside estates with breathtaking views of the city. This area has some of the most expensive real estate in Phoenix.
 

The Silverleaf Club

The Tom Weiskopf-designed, 18-hole Silverleaf course stretches 7,322 yards long and features panoramic city and mountain views. Golfers can stop at The Stone House, Silverleaf’s turn point facility, for a brief respite from the heat, refreshments, and food. The Silverleaf Clubhouse, designed by OZ Architects Inc., offers members an exclusive spa, resort, and lap pool, fitness center, and dining room.
 

Schools

School-aged children living in the Silverleaf community generally attend Copper Ridge Elementary and Middle School, conveniently located within the DC Ranch community, and Chaparral High School. Students can also attend the private preparatory school, Notre Dame Academy, 3 miles away.
